Store Policy & Returns

  • Since each of our pieces are printed just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However if there is a problem with your items please let us know! Please send an email to erica@harperandlilly.com with photos of your item and we will have a replacement sent to you ASAP. Our items are each printed by hand and human error does occasionally occur. Please know we work hard to bring you quality pieces that you love! 

  • We can not replace items that are defective after 30 days of delivery.

  • In most circumstances, we can not make size or color changes after your order is placed, so please choose carefully!

  • We can not cancel orders within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct! We can not guarantee shipping address change requests and we are not responsible for any shipments going to the incorrect address that you entered with your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages- if the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office and check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to them. Once packages leave our facility they are out of our hands.
